MOORESVILLE, NC – Reaume Brothers Racing is proud to announce that Brad Perez will be returning to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and Jade Buford will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at Sonoma
Raceway. This marks Perez’s second career start in
the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, both coming on road courses. Jade Buford will make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at Sonoma on loan from Big Machine Racing and the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
After having a successful debut at Circuit of the Americas, Brad Perez is looking forward to continuing the momentum on another difficult road course. “Sonoma is a track in which I have a lot of work related experience at. Due to the amount of events I have worked at Sonoma Raceway, this is definitely the most amount of laps I have had coming into a race than ever before. After shaking the jitters off at Circuit of the Americas, I am looking forward to being able to focus and drive hard to have a positive result. At Circuit of the Americas, tire falloff was a new experience for me, and being able to manage that in a NASCAR truck was difficult to start off with. Being able to feel the difference in tire falloff along with the overall aggressive nature of the Camping World Truck Series has given me a lot of confidence going into Sonoma in the No. 43 I Set My Friends on Fire/Apex Coffee Roasters Toyota Tundra. I cannot thank Nate Blasdell and FGR Accel for their support to make this happen.”
Jade Buford is optimistic about making his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut after experience in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and is looking forward to the opportunity to gain more experience on the lefts and rights of Sonoma. “I’m excited and grateful to get to make my NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut this coming weekend at Sonoma Raceway with Reaume Brothers Racing. Sonoma is an incredible track and the truck series produces some of the best racing there is so I can’t wait to get out there and see what we can do as a team in our Spiked Coolers Toyota Tundra.”
Josh Reaume, owner of Reaume Brothers Racing, is confident in having two road course specialists behind the wheel at the northern California road course, and is looking forward to providing more opportunities for up and coming drivers. “We took a chance on Brad at Circuit of the Americas and did a great job despite some issues along the way. We are very much looking forward to taking him to a race track in which he has experience this time around. Jade Buford has a lot of road course experience and we are excited to give him an opportunity in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. We are very excited to have Spiked Coolers and Scott Borchetta to make this possible.”
Watch Brad Perez and Jade Buford in the Doordash 250 at Sonoma Raceway, Saturday June 11th at 7:30 PM EST on Fox Sports 1.
